As per Companies Act it is mandatory for all private limited company in India to appoint auditor and file FORM ADT-1 within 30 days of Incorporation or within 60 days from the date of incorporation by way of calling EGM.Moreover at the time of incorporation the company has to file INC 20A for subscribing capital and INC 22 for registered office of Company.
As per section 96 of Companies Act 2013 every Company in India need to conduct Annual general Meeting in each year AND Mandatory to file AOC-4 & MGT-7.
